24 Hour Backyard Patio Transformation. Full broadcast flake garage floor done in Port Orange, Florida.

First, we addressed the cracks in the concrete by filling them with epoxy paste. Next, we ran the grinder over the entire surface to ensure a strong bond, eliminate previous coatings, and prevent delamination. After vacuuming the surface and inspecting for any remaining imperfections, we prepared it for the application of a moisture vapor barrier epoxy base coat. We then applied full flake (color: stargazer) and finished by applying a polyaspartic top coat.

Surface prep with grinder and vacuum.
Base Coat 1150 Fast Cure Base Coat, 1/4 Inch Creekbed Flake & Polyaspartic Top Coat.
We also used an epoxy patch for cracks during prep and mixed in a grit additive to the top coat for slip prevention.

Stargazer Flake Epoxy Trailer Floor

Our team transformed a trailer with a durable flake epoxy coating. We started by prepping the floor to ensure a strong bond. A grey base epoxy was applied prior to applying 1/4 full broadcast stargazer vinyl flake. To complete the project FL Resin applied a polyaspartic top coat. The result was an easy-to-clean and uv resistant revenovation.

Our team transformed a garage with a durable metallic epoxy coating. We started by grinding and prepping the concrete to ensure a strong bond. To safeguard against moisture damage, we applied a premium moisture vapor barrier. The result was a seamless, durable and visually striking floor which elevated the space.
